Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of sale with the original purchase receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchanges or products sold more than 7 days ago. While we have no questions asked return policy on untampered and unopened products, please note that FraserCart Indian Store reserves all rights to decide and judge which cases warrant a legitimate claim and may refuse any claim for any reason.
- For a return or exchange, all products must be unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition and with the original receipt.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for Frozen items.
- All return or change request must have original purchase receipt.
For hygienic reasons, FraserCart does not accept return or exchanges on beauty products like shampoo, eye liners and soap, once they have been opened.
All refunds will be processed on the same payment method used for the original transaction. If your original payment was made by cash, debit card, credit card or mobile payment, refund will be applied to the same.
If your original payment was made by a merchandise credit, gift card, eGift Card, PayPal or you have a gift receipt, refunds will be processed through a merchandise credit only.
